Turkey is once again the leader in the real estate prices growth

Turkey has once again become a world leader in the real estate prices growth. In 2016 the price per square meter here rose by an average of 13.9%. Such data was published by the rating agency, Knight Frank. According to some experts, Turkey has been ahead of the developed world in terms of the real estate prices growth not for the first year.

So this year the South Republic has surpassed New Zealand, leaving it on the second place. In New Zealand the apartment prices rose by 13.5%. Iceland took the third place with 12.9%, the fourth was given to Canada (11.7%), followed by Lithuania, Austria (9.5%), Chile (9.4%), China (9.3%), Malta (8.8%), Sweden (8.7%).
