The Turkish movie “Butterfly’s Dream” became the best in the “Sundance” festival!

The movie received the main prize in the “Best Foreign Drama Film” nomination at the Sundance Film Festival.

The movie was shot by the Turkish director Tolga Karacelik, and was brought the best dozen paintings that were from 29 countries. A total of 121 movies were shown at the festival in 30 categories. At the same time, applications for participating in the festival were 13,5 thousand.

The Sundance Festival, which was held in Utah, is considered to be one of the most influential of the independent film festivals in the United States.

Every year, over 50 thousand people come to see the movies that take place within the framework of the festival.
