As part of its digitalization program, local authorities have introduced a new online system for issuing address cards (numbered address documents).
Residents can now complete the address verification process entirely online, without the need to visit municipal offices. This innovation significantly reduces document processing time and eases the workload on administrative services.
How to obtain an address card online
Citizens who wish to obtain an address card can apply through the official digital service of the Alanya Municipality.
To obtain the document, it is necessary to complete the address verification process and confirm the request using an SMS code.
After the verification is completed, the address card can be downloaded in electronic format or printed for further use.
