Hospitals in Turkey will work until late evening

The regime of work will be extended in 63 hospitals in Turkey. According to the Ministry of Health of the country, the time of admission of patients will increase to 23 hours.

So far, the innovation will only work in the busiest outpatient polyclinics, 16 of which are in Istanbul. Doctors in the emergency departments can take patients who do not need emergency hospitalization until the late evening.

Also, within the framework of the project, it is planned to open new outpatient clinics and a number of other measures to modernize the existing hospitals.

According to the Deputy Minister of Health of Turkey, Eyup Gumus, these innovations will become a “new era” in the field of medical care.
