Turkey Raises FAST Payment Limit to 300,000 TL

The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye announced an increase in transaction limits for the FAST instant payment system. Starting from August 26, 2026, the maximum amount for FAST transactions will rise to 300,000 Turkish liras.

New FAST Transaction Limits

  • Previous limit: 100,000 TL
  • New limit: 300,000 TL

This means the maximum FAST transaction amount will increase threefold, making it possible to transfer significantly larger sums through Turkey’s instant payment infrastructure.

The new limit will apply to standard FAST transfers as well as transactions made through the Request-to-Pay service.

FAST-TR QR Payment Limit Also Increases

The Central Bank will also increase the limit for commercial payments made through FAST-TR QR. The maximum amount will rise from 250,000 TL to 300,000 TL.

The changes will take effect on August 26, 2026, allowing individuals and businesses to make larger instant payments through FAST.
