📺 Disney+ Expands Live Sports Offering in Türkiye with S Sport Channels

Starting July 29, 2026, Disney+ subscribers in Türkiye will gain access to the S Sport and S Sport2 channels at no additional cost. Both channels will be included in existing Disney+ subscriptions, allowing viewers to enjoy premium live sports alongside the platform’s entertainment content.

ℹ️ This expansion follows the launch of the NOW channel in Türkiye earlier this year, further strengthening Disney+’s live TV offering.

🏆 Major Sports Competitions Available

Subscribers will be able to watch live coverage of some of the world's biggest sporting events through S Sport and S Sport2.

  • 🏀 NBA
  • 🏆 EuroLeague Basketball
  • 🏐 Volleyball Nations League (VNL)
  • 🎾 Wimbledon
  • 🏍 MotoGP
  • ⚽ LaLiga
  • ⚽ Serie A

In addition to live matches, both channels will offer studio shows, sports analysis, original programming, and exclusive content for fans.

💬 Saran Group: A Milestone for Digital Sports Broadcasting

"The dynamics of sports broadcasting are rapidly changing both globally and in Türkiye, and customers increasingly expect more flexible access to premium content. This collaboration with Disney+ not only brings S Sport’s robust sports content portfolio to a much wider audience but also marks a significant milestone for digital sports broadcasting in Türkiye."

Azade Zeynep Acar Haksal, CEO of Saran Group, explained that the company has spent many years distributing, broadcasting, and producing sports content both in Türkiye and internationally. According to Haksal, partnering with Disney+ will allow Turkish sports fans to enjoy some of the world's biggest sporting events through one of the world's leading streaming platforms.

🎥 Disney+: More Sports for Subscribers

"We’re excited to bring these great sports channels to Disney+ in Türkiye. Basketball is a huge part of Türkiye’s sporting culture, and alongside football, tennis and motorsport, we’re looking forward to bringing our customers even more of the sport they love."

Karl Holmes, General Manager of Disney+ EMEA, highlighted that the addition of S Sport channels reflects Disney+’s commitment to expanding its content portfolio and delivering more value to subscribers in Türkiye.

✅ What This Means for Disney+ Users

✅ Beginning July 29, existing Disney+ subscribers in Türkiye will automatically receive access to S Sport and S Sport2 without paying an additional subscription fee.

The move transforms Disney+ into more than just a platform for movies and television series. It is becoming a comprehensive entertainment destination that combines blockbuster films, original productions, live television, and world-class sporting events in a single subscription.

With premium competitions such as the NBA, EuroLeague, Wimbledon, MotoGP, LaLiga, and Serie A now available, sports fans in Türkiye will have even more reasons to choose Disney+ as their primary streaming service.
