Antalya Raises Water Prices: New ASAT Tariffs Now in Effect
Residents of Antalya Province, including Alanya, will now pay higher water bills following the introduction of new tariffs approved by the Antalya Water and Wastewater Administration (ASAT). The updated pricing structure has officially come into effect.
Water charges are now calculated according to monthly consumption, with higher rates applied as usage increases.
New Water Tariffs
The new ASAT pricing is structured as follows:
- 1–20 cubic meters: 34 TL per cubic meter.
- 21–40 cubic meters: 83.76 TL per cubic meter.
- More than 40 cubic meters: 119.66 TL per cubic meter.
- Social tariff ("Humanitarian Water") for 1–5 cubic meters: 16.64 TL per cubic meter.
Discounted Rural Tariff Abolished
ASAT has also ended the special discounted tariff that previously applied to settlements which became districts under Law No. 6360.
As of December 31, 2025, this discounted rate is no longer available, and former villages now pay the same water tariffs as residents of district centers.
Who Will Continue to Receive Discounts?
Despite the tariff increase, ASAT has confirmed that social benefits will remain available for several eligible groups.
- Families of fallen military personnel.
- Military veterans.
- People with disabilities.
- Amateur athletes who qualify for existing social benefits.
The social support program remains in place for eligible residents despite the overall increase in water tariffs.
Applies Across Antalya Province
The revised water prices apply throughout Antalya Province, including Alanya, and affect both urban and rural households. Residents are encouraged to monitor their monthly water consumption, as higher usage now results in significantly increased charges.
