Active Festival Days Ahead in Alanya This May
Mid-May in Alanya promises a насыщенная cultural program with concerts, parades, and open-air festivals across the city. Residents and visitors can expect several vibrant events in a row, filling the streets with music, dance, and a festive atmosphere.
May 16–17 — International Folk Dance and Music Festival at Kızılkule
Performers from 7 countries will take the stage near Kızılkule. Over two evenings, visitors will enjoy traditional dances, national costumes, and folk music from different cultures set against the historic harbor of Alanya.
The festival takes place in an open-air venue next to one of the city’s main landmarks.
May 19 — Youth and Sports Day in Turkey
On the national holiday, the city will host a festive parade, public sports activities, and an evening concert. Central streets of Alanya will be especially lively throughout the day.
May 22–24 — Festival Kervanı
This three-day festival will combine live music, street markets, show programs, exhibitions, and the atmosphere of a large city celebration. Events will be held in open public spaces and will be accessible to everyone.
