In Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the metro system is set to undergo expansion with ambitious plans. Specifically, a new 'Blue' line is in the works, connecting with the existing 'Red' and 'Green' lines. The new 30 km line will incorporate 14 underground and aboveground stations.

Currently, the Dubai Metro consists of two lines, the 'Red' and the 'Green', providing access to all major landmarks and attractions in the emirate. Interestingly, there are plans to extend these existing lines as well. The total length of the Dubai Metro will reach 90 km.
