Attractive properties in Alanya to be auctioned soon!

On November 6, 2025, Alanya Municipality will hold an open auction offering leases for sought-after commercial spaces and agricultural plots — including a prime property near the famous Damlataş Cave.

💰 The highest starting annual rent is 1.3 million TL for a 45 m² unit located on Kargıçiftliği Street in the Türkler district.

📍 Other listings include:
12 m² shop near Damlataş Cave – 240,000 TL/year
75 m² property in Türkler Pazar İçi – 700,000 TL/year
40 m² unit near Kızlarpınarı Bus Station – 70,000 TL/year

📅 Both individuals and legal entities can participate by submitting the required documents and deposit to the Alanya Municipality Real Estate and Expropriation Department no later than November 5, 2025 (16:00).

📌 The auction will be held in the Municipal Council Meeting Hall under Law No. 2886 on Public Tenders.
