Türkei hat weltweit das einzige Krankenhaus-Terminsystem

Das Terminsystem des Gesundheitsministeriums (MHRS) ist bei der Contact Center World Awards zum “Besten der Welt” gekürt worden.

Der Vize-Staatssekretär im Gesundheitsministerium Şuayip Birinci wies daraufhin, dass MHRS rundum die Uhr zu Diensten von Bürgern steht. „Das System MHRS ist im globalen Sinne eine Erfolgsgeschichte der Türkei“ so der Vize-Staatssekretär weiter.

Bei der Contact Center World Awards konkurrierten die Besten aus Europa, Amerika, Zentralasien und Afrika. Als ein nationales Projekt der Türkei ist MHRS das erste und einzige Krankenhaus-Terminsystem der Welt.
