Secondary housing in Alanya, Antalya and other regions of Turkey

Reasons are different: unexpected life situations or inside space becomes insufficient and owners want to exchange their apartment for a villa.

We always recommend to compare various options and to understand the difference between developer's offers and those on the secondary market. As it happens, secondary housing in not always cheaper, because sometimes apartments in large complexes are offered at more favourable prices right before the completion stage. But there are also apartments in 8-10 year old buildings, where the prices of the recently refurbished one-bedroom apartment are similar to prices of the newly built two-bedroom ones in the new complexes. There are cities where new housing's quality of finish exceeds that of the secondary housing, and the price difference is not significant. It is necessary to remember that only newly built housing will have 2 years warranty on internal finishing.

Other things to pay attention to are all communications and documentation for the real estate object (in case of missing technical documentation, government has the right of demolition).
