Buy "Chocolate" property in Antalya!

It should be noted that Antalya is an undisputed leader of the Mediterranean resorts. The opening of the ski slopes, which is located right outside the city, promises to make Antalya attractive to tourists throughout the year.

The most attractive areas for investors and tourists are Kaleici, Lara and Konyaalti. In the old town (Kaleici) there are mostly old-style houses that need repairs. In two other areas, (more modern) the houses are combined into so-called complexes. These areas are considered to be elite, because they are located near the beach.

The complex consists of usually a few houses that are located in the same area with swimming pools, playgrounds, parking lots and other infrastructure. Of course they are closed to outsiders. Apartments are equipped with the necessary equipment and air conditioning. Real estate prices in Antalya start from just 50,000 Euros. Villas and houses are no less popular among modern buyers. In the same area there are complexes built, which combine several individual villas, but these buildings are located a bit away from the coast. The small house which is 10 km from the sea costs about 80,000 Euros. The cost of the villa, which stands near the sea, starts at 150,000 Euros. Want to save money? Then it is necessary to purchase another apartment which is under construction.

Thus, buying a more expensive property in Antalya by the sea, you can make it more expensive for rent, which will bring more income.
