Real estate in Turkey becomes more popular
At least 5 billion dollars of foreign investments in real estate field it is planned to attract annually in economy of Turkey.
Without hiding that demand from foreign investors – an important factor of market development of real estate of the country, the Turkish government it intends to encourage real estate purchase by foreigners in every possible way. Cancellation of the principle of reciprocity with many countries became a major step in this direction. Now citizens more than 40 countries have opportunity to purchase the Turkish real estate only with some restrictions. In Turkey intend to simplify further bureaucratic regulations, to remove the delays getting in the way of foreign buyers, to facilitate visa procedures, to resolve issues with medical attendance, education, work for foreigners.
According to the experts, in the near future foreigners will buy at least 20 000 objects of the Turkish real estate in a year. Thus still the most attractive will be the real estate in recreational, resort zones: about a half of objects will be purchased by foreigners for own accommodation in coastal areas. About 2 500 objects are intended for the investment purposes are magnificent mansions in Alanya, apartments in elite housing estates in Antalya in which wealthy people invest money for receipt of further profit.
It is symptomatic that the noticeable attention to the Turkish real estate is noted recently not only from individuals, but also foreign investment and real estate development companies. The first purchase the whole houses and housing estates for the subsequent sale of apartments in the lease, the second – buy land areas on which besides build housing estates.
Reasonable prices, high profitability, excellent climate and geographical arrangement – all this does today the Turkish real estate very investment attractive.
