At the same time experts and realtors note that bigger degree Russian-speaking buyers are interested in real estate in the lowest price category, worth up to 150 000 dollars. The similar real estate dominates in Bulgaria and Turkey. Quickly developing and mobile construction industry of Turkey sensitively listens to the market and in recent years new objects are built with orientation to this buyer category, thus strictly adhering to the high quality standards of construction and finishing which in Turkey watch closely. It is possible to claim surely that the price relation and qualities in the Turkish new buildings is optimum.

And at last, except the low prices, one of the main factors attracting buyers of real estate for carrying out rest – the visa legislation. In Turkey it is very democratic, especially for the persons having in this country real estate. And it plays a crucial role in case of a choice between Bulgaria and Turkey.
