Useful information for those who decided to make Turkey their second home

When you buy a house in Turkey you start with new and pleasant everyday life in the new country. The government and locals treat foreigners who decided to move to Turkey for residence with kindness and respect.
Work:
The residence permit received on the basis of acquisition of real estate doesn't allow you to work on the territory of Turkey, but nevertheless if you decided to get a job, visa and insurance coverage will be provided to you by the Company in your employment.
Insurance:
Any foreigner issued to himself the visa for a period of a year and not having social security in Russia can receive the state health insurance in Turkey which will be valid for all members of his family, expenses at about €100 a month.
Besides, foreign citizens can get private insurance from any insurance company of Turkey or arrange for annual insurance policy for tourists. Level of medical care is normally higher and much cheaper than in most other countries.
Studying:
Children of school age can come to study both in public school near the place of residence and in any private college, with education both in Russian and in Turkish. Even if you decided to send the child to school with education in the Turkish language, from teachers to be carried out the additional program and preparation for children of foreign citizens and within a year all children with successfully cope with studying in the new country. Studying in state schools is free, and good private school with service – delivery to home address and food – will cost approximately €6,000 a year for one child.
Business:
Foreign citizens can legally open a law firm on the territory of Turkey, operated by foreign investors (presence of two partners foreigners is obligatory). Registration of the company happens in notary office, after that the Company is registered in the Chamber of Commerce, all procedures last no more than 2-4 days and total expenses on registration are between €2,000 and €4,000.
Car purchase:
Foreign citizens living in Turkey and having residence permit for not less than 6 months can buy a car, with number plates different from the ones of Turkish citizens and all close relatives of the owner can use the car. All foreign driving licences are valid on the territory of Turkey.
